2. Customized Intervention Plan for every child adjusted to his/her needs
Intervention Plans may include:
2.1 Increase verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Receptive language, identification, requests, vocabulary, answering questions, conversation skills.
2.2 Develop Social Skills
- Play skills and leisure, taking turns, eye contact, greetings, community rules, motor imitation, increase interactions with peers.
2.3 Improve Functional Skills
- Following directions, remain and complete tasks, guided compliance with non-preferred activities, develop and follow home and school routines.
- Coping skills: increase tolerance to changes, Accept No, waiting skills, transitions.
- Safety skills: personal identification, awareness of dangerous situations, Stop signs, keep safe distance from adults.
2.4 Reduction of maladaptive behaviors like:
- Tantrums
- Non- compliance
- Off task behavior
- Physical and Verbal Aggression
- Self-Injury Behavior
- Echolalia, Self-talking
- Mouthing, Pica and other unappropriated oral habits
- Stereotyped behaviors: spinning, pacing, flapping, rocking and others
- Property destruction
- Disruption
- Climbing
- Elopement

3. Direct Intervention at home, schools or community
- Intervention Plan are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Hours of direct care services are approved by insurance. They could be between 10-30 hours per week.
4. Supervision of Direct Intervention by Lead Analyst
- RBT implementation of service is supervised weekly by BCaBA or BCBA.
5. Family training by Certified professionals - BCBA or BCaBA- on ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques and procedures for different topics:
- Toilet / Potty training
- Restrictive eating and Food introduction
- Daily routines (Bed time, Meal time, Bath time)
- Independence skills
- Visual schedule for routines
- Parents concerns about behaviors
- Understanding and managing maladaptive behaviors
- Generalization of skills to different settings.
- Increase knowledge about of diagnosis

6. Coordination of care
- Communication with other professionals like doctors, teachers, community.
